Our function as Project Managers is to assist clients in their ambitions, hopes and dreams for their property and turn these hopes and dreams into reality as finished projects – on time – on budget and to your satisfaction.

       We will help you on all projects both large and small. We will prior to our appointment, assess your requirements with you to ensure that we can properly assist you in a fully professional manner.

       We will assess your requirements in all respects and advise you whether or not they are achievable.

       We will advise you of the need to appoint other professional consultants and build a team designed to “fit” your project. We will help you appoint your team.  We will set out the objectives, programme, fees/costs through to completion.

       We will monitor all building, professional and financial aspects of the project through to completion.

       We will provide monthly reports and financial statements to you.
