We will advise and assist with architectural design of new buildings and extensions both residential and commercial.

     We will advise and assist with all engineering/technical architect (aparador) matters large and small both residential and commercial.

     Our design services will comprise a full assessment of your requirements and taking a detailed brief from you of your wishes and budget.

      We have a Computer Aided Design (CAD) studio and we will prepare all necessary designs and construction drawings.

• We will produce a full specification of works together with bills of quantities where required.
• We will apply for all licenses and permissions including dealing with the Community of Owners.
• We will help with the appointment of a building contractor and the contract for his employment.
• We will supervise the works through to completion and issue final certificates.
