Our People within European Property Consultancy:

Tony Trice commenced practice as a Chartered Surveyor by founding Wilde Trice Consultancy in 1973 located in London and Marlow Bucks UK. Tony is a Chartered Surveyor, a Chartered Building Engineer, Chartered Arbitrator and a Member of The Expert Witness Institute.  You can visit www.wildetrice.co.uk.  WTC is an entirely separate business which is operated by Tony´s two sons, Paul and Oliver Trice.

Ildefonso Perez is a fully qualified Spanish Engineer with many years building construction experience throughout the South of Spain.  Fofi Perez is qualified in the College of Engineers in Malaga number 3393.

Linda Trice is responsible for professional management of rentals and sales projects and also manages our independent Cleaning and Maintenance Contractors. Linda commenced senior property employment in 1980 and was appointed as a senior property consultant in 1991.

Our Office is located at the main entrance to Puerto Cabopino and was the original sales and rentals office for the development. The office has existed for about 30 years until 2004 when it was acquired by Tony Trice for European Property Consultancy SL. The office therefore is a “hub” of Puerto Cabopino and is well known by previous visitors and owners and it is the first real estate office within the “real” development of Puerto Cabopino.
